Colin Harris is a Partner at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath and one of Colorado’s most respected environmental lawyers. With over 30 years of experience, he advises companies on environmental compliance, pipeline safety, and carbon dioxide transportation and sequestration. Colin has defended clients in major spill incidents, PHMSA proceedings, and Department of Justice investigations.
He co-authored a peer-reviewed article on CCS regulation and teaches environmental law for the Foundation for Natural Resources and the Environment.
