He currently serves at Sander Resources, where he applies risk-based engineering strategies to strengthen safety and operational resilience.
Jay has held senior technical and director roles with the U.S. Department of Transportation (PHMSA), BP Wind Energy, Duke Energy, and CenterPoint Energy. His work has helped shape national pipeline safety standards and advance public engagement in energy infrastructure.
