BIOGRAPHY

Nathan Menard is the Counsel at Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP, where he advises clients on environmental and energy law. His career includes serving as the legal advisor to a Commissioner at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, focusing on permitting and environmental issues for pipelines and liquefied natural gas projects.

Nathan also worked in FERC’s Rehearings group, leading orders under major environmental and energy statutes. Earlier, he served as Assistant to the General Counsel of the Army on regulatory and litigation matters, bringing extensive federal experience to his practice.
